RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

By making a purchase on our website, you agree that any returns or refunds will be processed as store credit, which will be issued to your account. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is subject to expiration within 12 months from the date of issue.

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subjected to management approval.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Promotion / Sales item / Limited Edition or items that has been customized to suit you (eg, pre-adjustment of bracelet, hole punching in leather straps etc)

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns nor refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product in your order within 7 days of receipt, the replacement item must be of equivalent or higher value. If the exchange item is of lower value than the original product, the difference in value will be forfeited.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which will be added to your account once the return is processed and approved. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards future purchases on our website. It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
