In our continued effort to ensure efficient handling and processing, all repair and service requests will now be exclusively managed through Solvil et Titus outlets.

How to Submit a Repair or Service Request:

  1. Please visit any Solvil et Titus outlet with the item requiring service.
  2. Provide our staff with detailed information about the issue along with your contact details.
  3. Rest assured, your request will be promptly processed, and you will receive updates on the progress.
