The Solvil et Titus Vinyl W06-03402-006 is a 39.5mm men's automatic watch in satin-brushed silver stainless steel with a silver-white grooved dial, rose gold applied indices and hands, an integrated H-link bracelet, and a faceted angular case. The horizontal grooves on the dial reference the micro-grooves of a vinyl record, reading as soft shadows across the bright surface. Powered by the Miyota 82S0 self-winding movement with a 42-hour power reserve.

Design

The case is defined by its faceted geometry — flat brushed surfaces meeting at sharp angles, creating a bezel shape closer to an octagon than a circle. At 11.55mm thick, the case carries the depth needed for an automatic movement while maintaining a clean side profile. Every surface is satin-brushed silver, giving the metal a cool, industrial edge.

The silver-white dial carries fine horizontal grooves across its entire surface — parallel lines that read as soft shadows rather than sharp contrasts, revealing themselves when light rakes across the surface at an angle. Applied baton indices in rose gold sit raised above the textured silver surface, and three matching rose gold hands — hours, minutes, seconds — sweep across the face, warming the otherwise cool silver composition. The word AUTOMATIC is printed at six o'clock, the only text below the TITUS wordmark. A time-only layout, clean and undivided.

The integrated H-link bracelet at 24mm features a butterfly clasp and flows from the case without a separate lug structure, tapering gently toward the wrist. The brushed silver finish continues across every link, maintaining the cool monochrome satin texture from case to clasp. Sapphire crystal glass protects the dial.

The Vinyl Collection

Precision refined. Detail perfected.

Drawing inspiration from the iconic designs of the 1970s, the Vinyl Collection celebrates an era where bold styling and timeless craftsmanship came together. The signature faceted case subtly recalls the base of a vintage turntable when viewed from the side, with clean, defined lines that give the watch its distinctive character.

The integrated bracelet sits comfortably on the wrist for a streamlined profile, while the butterfly clasp adds comfort and ease. On the dial, horizontal texture meets a sunray finish for a subtle sense of depth — a modern take on 1970s style.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an automatic movement?
The Miyota 82S0 is a self-winding mechanical movement — it converts the natural motion of your wrist into energy via a weighted rotor, storing it in a mainspring. When worn daily, the watch runs continuously; if left unworn for more than 42 hours, the power reserve depletes and the watch stops. Simply set the time and wear it to restart.
Why does the dial have grooves?
The horizontal grooves are the Vinyl's signature — fine parallel lines machined into the dial surface that catch and release light as the wrist moves. They reference the micro-grooves of a vinyl record, giving the dial a textural depth that flat-printed dials cannot replicate. The effect changes with every angle.
What is an integrated bracelet?
An integrated bracelet flows directly from the case without a separate lug or spring bar connection. The bracelet and case are designed as one continuous form. This gives the Vinyl its distinctive silhouette but means the bracelet cannot be swapped for a third-party strap.
Can I swim with the Vinyl?
Yes. The 10 ATM (100m) water resistance is suitable for swimming and everyday water activities. Avoid diving, high-impact water sports, and exposure to hot water such as showers, saunas and hot tubs.
What is the warranty coverage?
Every Solvil et Titus watch carries a 2-year international warranty from the date of processing, covering manufacturing defects in the movement and case. Warranty service is handled directly through Solvil et Titus boutiques. Normal wear, battery replacement, and physical damage are not covered.
Can the bracelet be adjusted?
Yes. The stainless steel bracelet can be adjusted for free at any Solvil et Titus boutique in Singapore, bring along the warranty book.

Solvil et Titus was established in 1887 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, by Paul Ditisheim — a watchmaker whose chronometers earned first-class certificates at the Kew Observatory. Today the brand is part of the Stelux Group, carrying forward the belief that a watch is more than an instrument: it is a mark of the time you choose to keep.
