The Solvil et Titus Quest W06-03342-001 is a 44mm men's automatic watch in black ion-plated stainless steel with a full skeleton dial exposing the Miyota 82S7 movement through architectural cutouts, gold applied baton indices and hands, a 24-hour sub-dial, a small seconds register, and a 20mm black silicone strap. Sapphire crystal glass protects the dial. Water resistance is 10 ATM (100m). A self-winding mechanical movement with a sweeping seconds hand.

Design

The 44mm case in black ion-plated stainless steel sits 12.65mm thick — sized for impact. The brushed bezel ring frames the skeleton dial. The crown sits at three o'clock. The ribbed silicone strap integrates cleanly from the angular lugs.

The dial is fully skeletonised — the movement is visible through layered architectural cutouts with ribbed detailing that creates depth and dimension across the face. The balance wheel and gear train are exposed at the centre, beating in real time. A 24-hour sub-dial sits at nine o'clock. A small seconds register sits at three o'clock. Gold applied baton indices ring the outer edge, and gold hands sweep across the open structure. The black case and strap frame the gold accents — hands, indices, and the exposed gold-toned movement create a warm contrast against the dark architecture.

The black silicone strap at 20mm features a pin buckle with a ribbed texture. The silicone is lightweight, waterproof, and flexible — suited to active wear and water activities. Sapphire crystal glass protects the dial. Water resistance is 10 ATM (100m).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an automatic movement?
The Miyota 82S7 is a self-winding mechanical movement — it converts the natural motion of your wrist into energy via a weighted rotor, storing it in a mainspring. When worn daily, the watch runs continuously; if left unworn for more than approximately 40 hours, the power reserve depletes and the watch stops. Simply set the time and wear it to restart.
What is a skeleton dial?
A skeleton dial removes most of the traditional dial surface, exposing the mechanical movement beneath through architectural cutouts. You can see the balance wheel, gear train, and mainspring working in real time. The Quest takes this further with layered ribbed detailing that adds depth to the exposed structure.
What do the sub-dials show?
The sub-dial at nine o'clock is a 24-hour indicator — it completes one full rotation per day, letting you distinguish between AM and PM at a glance. The sub-dial at three o'clock is a small seconds register that tracks continuous seconds independently of the centre hands.
Can I swim with the Quest?
Yes. The 10 ATM (100m) water resistance is suitable for swimming and everyday water activities. The silicone strap is fully waterproof and dries quickly. Avoid operating the crown while submerged, and rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
What is the warranty coverage?
Every Solvil et Titus watch carries a 2-year international warranty from the date of processing, covering manufacturing defects in the movement and case. Warranty service is handled directly through Solvil et Titus boutiques. Normal wear, battery replacement, and physical damage are not covered.

Solvil et Titus was established in 1887 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, by Paul Ditisheim — a watchmaker whose chronometers earned first-class certificates at the Kew Observatory. Today the brand is part of the Stelux Group, carrying forward the belief that a watch is more than an instrument: it is a mark of the time you choose to keep.
