Voyager Collection “RX-78-2 Gundam” Limited Edition Automatic Mechanical Watch

Developed under Amuro Ray’s father, the RX-78-2 Gundam was a symbol of innovation and hope during the One Year War. With its beam rifle, beam sabre, and Luna Titanium armour, it became known as the “White Devil” — a name that forever marked the turning point in Gundam history.

The Voyager Collection “RX-78-2 Gundam” Limited Edition Automatic Mechanical Watch reimagines this legend with a white silicone strap printed with the MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM logo for a sportier, modern finish.

Housed in a robust tonneau-shaped stainless steel case with a gear-like blue bezel and six hexagonal screws, the design is engraved with “MOBILE SUIT”, “GUNDAM RX-78-2”, and “U.C.0079.” The V Operation emblem on the crown and 100-metre water resistance underscore its durability.

Beneath the sapphire crystal glass, the silver-white dial features a dynamic illustration of Gundam’s first victory over Zaku, paired with a partially skeletonised window revealing the automatic movement. A small seconds subdial at 3–6 o’clock bears the “E.F.S.F.” insignia and a yellow hand representing the Earth Federation Forces.

Luminous hands and markers enhance visibility, while the gradient blue glass caseback with limited-edition engraving and a Gundam head illustration completes this bold tribute to the original RX-78-2.
